Sauvignon
Our Sauvignon is a delicately aromatic white wine. Its color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Depending on the vintage, it reveals aromas of elderflower, exotic fruits, and subtle green notes. Its lively acidity gives it a fresh and vibrant character on the palate.
Vinification
Very short maceration in the press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17–18°C. Aged on fine lees for 4–5 months and matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C. Ideal as an aperitif and paired with fish or cheese.
Pinot Blanc
This wine displays a straw-yellow color, slightly lighter at the rim of the glass. Its delicate acidity and gentle fruit sweetness make it full-bodied and harmonious on the palate. Flavors of green apple and pear stand out, accompanied by hints reminiscent of hay flowers. A pleasant mineral note also emerges on the finish.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, controlled fermentation at 17–19°C, followed by aging on fine lees for a further 4–5 months, exclusively in stainless steel.
Serving temperature: 12–14°C. Perfect as an aperitif and an excellent companion to appetizers and light dishes.
Pinot Noir
A fruity red wine with a bright ruby-red color. It is distinguished by its refined aromas and unique elegance. Notes of blue and black berries, wild berries, and sour cherry define its aromatic profile. On the palate, it shows a subtle spiciness; delicate oak notes and soft tannins provide a smooth and pleasant finish.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel with gentle cap management, followed by pressing and aging in barriques.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C. Ideal with game, red and white meats, as well as grilled dishes.
